CovenantCord Community Faith Code of Conduct

1. WHO WE ARE

CovenantCord is a faith-based matrimonial platform open to Christians, Muslims, and all believers in God who are seeking a committed life partner. We are united not by denomination but by a shared reverence for God, a commitment to integrity, and a desire for a covenant marriage built on love, faith, and mutual respect.

2. WHO MAY JOIN

You may join CovenantCord if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Believe in God and are actively living by faith
• Are genuinely seeking a serious, committed life partner or spouse
• Are legally single — never married, divorced, widowed, or legally separated
• Are willing to treat every member with dignity and respect
• Are committed to honesty in everything you share on this platform

You may not join CovenantCord if you:

• Are currently married or in a committed relationship
• Are seeking casual encounters, hookups, or anything outside of a serious relationship
• Have been convicted of a violent crime, sexual offense, emotional abuse, or fraud
• Intend to deceive, manipulate, or exploit any member of this community

3. HONESTY IS REQUIRED

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, including your name, photos, location, relationship status, and intentions. Misrepresentation of any kind, including using someone else's photos, lying about your age, or hiding a criminal history, is a serious violation and will result in immediate removal.

4. TREAT EVERY PERSON WITH DIGNITY

Every member of CovenantCord is a child of God and deserves to be treated with respect. You agree to:

• Communicate with kindness, patience, and courtesy at all times
• Never send harassing, threatening, or demeaning messages
• Never pressure or manipulate another member
• Respect when someone is not interested and move on gracefully
• Never discriminate against or demean anyone based on race, ethnicity, nationality, denomination, or background

5. THIS IS A VIOLENCE-FREE COMMUNITY

CovenantCord has zero tolerance for violence of any kind, physical, verbal, emotional, or digital. You agree that you are a person of peace. Any member who threatens, intimidates, or exhibits violent behavior toward another member will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. KEEP IT PURE

CovenantCord is not an adult content platform. You agree to:

• Never send sexually explicit messages, photos, or videos
• Never use vulgar, offensive, or sexually suggestive language
• Keep all communication consistent with the values of a God-fearing person

Any explicit content sent through the platform will result in immediate suspension.

7. PROTECT YOUR OWN SAFETY

We care about your safety. You agree to:

• Never share your full home address, financial information, or passwords with another member
• Meet potential partners for the first time in public places only
• Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, report it immediately
• Never send money to another member under any circumstances

CovenantCord will never ask you to send money to another user. If anyone on this platform asks you for money, report them immediately.

8. REFERENCES AND BACKGROUND CHECKS

You understand and agree that:

• Submitting two personal references is required for full profile activation
• A background check is required for full profile activation
• Providing false reference information is a violation of this Code
• Any criminal history involving violence, sexual offenses, or fraud will result in denial of membership
• All submitted information is kept strictly confidential and securely encrypted

9. REPORT. DO NOT RETALIATE

If another member violates this Code, report them using the in-app reporting tool. Do not retaliate, threaten, or publicly accuse. CovenantCord's moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.

10. CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATIONS

Depending on the severity of the violation, CovenantCord may:

• Issue a formal warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently ban your account with no refund
• Report your conduct to law enforcement where required by law

11. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

CovenantCord commits to:

• Reviewing all reports promptly and fairly
• Protecting your personal data with industry-standard encryption
• Never selling your data to third parties
• Maintaining a community where faith, dignity, and love can flourish
